The processing described below is declared to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP): registration in progress.
Data collected
Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), part reference, message content.
Trade account request: company name, legal form, wilaya and address, RC and NIF (optional) numbers, name, phone and email of the contact person, supporting documents attached (trade register extract, tax card).
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in the host's logs for the security and proper operation of the service.
We do not collect any sensitive data. The site is intended for businesses and adults; no data is collected from minors.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiries and quote requests; reviewing and opening a trade account; managing the business relationship (quotes, orders, invoicing, warranty); complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax; ensuring the security of the site.
This processing is based on your express consent (Article 7 of Law 18-07), collected through an unticked checkbox, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures you request, and on the Seller's legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the sales and administrative team of WR GLOBAL MOTORS SARL. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Technical processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend Inc. (delivery of form emails), Zoho Corporation (business email) and Neon Inc. (trade-area database, hosted in the European Union). These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.
Transfers outside Algeria
Our hosting and email providers are established outside Algeria (European Union and United States). Transfers of data to these countries are governed by Articles 44 and 45 of Law 18-07: they take place only with your express consent, collected when you submit the forms, or where necessary for the performance of the contract concluded at your request, and are covered by contractual protection commitments with each provider.
Retention periods
Contact requests: 12 months after the last exchange. Unsuccessful account requests: 6 months. Customers: duration of the business relationship, then the statutory retention periods for commercial and accounting documents (ten years). Technical logs: a few weeks, according to the host's policy. Preference cookie: 6 months.
Data entered in the contact form is emailed to our team and is not stored in a database on this site. Trade account requests and customer accounts are kept in the database described in the “Trade area (signed-in)” section.
Security
Encrypted exchanges (HTTPS / TLS), mailbox access restricted to authorised persons and protected by authentication, minimisation of the data collected, providers selected for their security guarantees. Despite these measures, no transmission over the Internet is entirely secure; should an incident affect your data, we will inform you and the competent authority.
Your rights
Under Law 18-07 you have the right to be informed, to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@wr-globalmotors.com, stating your request and attaching proof of identity if necessary; we reply as soon as possible and no later than the period provided by law.
You may also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
Trade area (signed-in)
When your account request is approved, an account is created in our database: company and contact identity, legal identifiers (RC, NIF, NIS, AI), sign-in email, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), assigned price list and account manager, quote requests (items, quantities, delivery or collection, delivery address), orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes. Purpose: managing the business relationship and fulfilling your requests (Article 7, Law 18-07: consent and pre-contractual measures).
Security and logs: sign-in attempts (email, IP address, date) are kept for 12 months to detect abuse; sensitive actions (activation, password change, suspension) are logged. The session is a strictly necessary cookie (“wr_session”, 14 days, never read by third parties).
Data hosting: PostgreSQL database managed by Neon Inc. in the European Union (Frankfurt region), encrypted in transit and at rest; registration supporting documents are not stored on the site; payment proofs (photo of the cheque or transfer receipt taken by our team when the parts are handed over) are kept with the order for accounting traceability. Your right of access is exercised on request through the contact form or by email; account deletion is requested from the “My account” page. An account with no order for 3 years is deleted after a reminder; accounting documents are kept for the legal period.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments; the version date appears at the top of the page. Any substantial change will be announced on the site.
