Purpose and acceptance
The Terms set out the conditions under which WR GLOBAL MOTORS SARL (the “Seller”) sells spare parts and accessories for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra, Porsche, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Smart and Opel vehicles to its customers (the “Customer”).
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms in force on the order date, which prevail over any other document of the Customer. The site does not take payment online: it presents the range, lets you request a quote or the opening of a trade account and, for approved accounts, place an order from the trade-area catalogue (request confirmed by the Seller).
Relations with consumers are further governed by Law No. 09-03 of 25 February 2009 on consumer protection and the repression of fraud; commercial practices comply with Law No. 04-02 of 23 June 2004.
Trade account
Access to trade prices is reserved for businesses entered in the trade register and holding a tax identification number. Opening an account is subject to verification of these documents by the Seller, who may refuse or suspend an account without stating reasons, in particular in the event of inaccurate information or payment incidents.
The account profile (retailer, garage, wholesaler, company) determines the applicable price list and payment terms, communicated when the account is activated.
Quotes and orders
Every request gives rise to a quote stating the manufacturer (OE) reference, price, availability and lead time. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 7 days.
The order becomes firm upon receipt of the signed quote or purchase order, of a confirmation email or of the Seller's confirmation of a request placed from the trade area, and, where applicable, of the deposit requested for references to order. The Seller confirms the order by email.
Availability is stated subject to stock. For references ordered from European suppliers, the lead time is stated with the quote and runs from order confirmation.
Prices
Prices are expressed in Algerian dinars (DZD), excluding and including tax, VAT at the applicable rate. They exclude delivery costs, which are shown separately on the quote.
The applicable prices are those of the accepted quote during its validity period or those of the order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time for subsequent orders.
Payment
Unless special terms have been granted to the trade account, orders are payable on order or on delivery by bank transfer, cheque, bank deposit or cash within the limits set by the regulations in force on means of payment.
Any late payment automatically incurs, without formal notice, late-payment interest at the statutory rate and the suspension of pending deliveries.
Retention of title: delivered parts remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price. Risk passes to the Customer on delivery.
Delivery
Orders confirmed before 4 pm are delivered the next working day in Algiers and its region. Deliveries elsewhere in the country are made by approved carrier within 72 working hours to the wilayas served. Collection in Kouba is possible by appointment.
Lead times are indicative; a delay may only give rise to cancellation or compensation beyond 15 working days after a formal notice has gone unanswered, except in cases of force majeure.
The Customer checks the condition and conformity of the parts on delivery. Any reservation (damaged parcel, missing reference) must be noted on the delivery note and confirmed by email within 48 hours.
Conformity, returns and warranties
Every part is checked against its manufacturer reference before dispatch. Compatibility information provided by the Seller is based on the OE reference or the vehicle identification number (VIN) supplied by the Customer, who remains responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Returns: subject to the Seller's prior agreement (return number), an unfitted, complete part in its intact original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Fitted electrical and electronic parts, opened consumables (fluids, unpacked filters) and specifically ordered references are not taken back.
Warranty: parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, whose duration and conditions are stated in the manufacturer's documentation and recalled on the invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes normal wear, fitting that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions, modifications and damage resulting from abnormal use.
Consumers also benefit from the statutory guarantees provided by Law No. 09-03 and its implementing texts.
Liability and force majeure
The Seller's liability is limited to replacing the part or refunding its price. It does not cover labour, downtime or any indirect loss, except where mandatory law applicable to consumers provides otherwise.
The Seller is released from its obligations in cases of force majeure, in particular international transport delays, administrative or customs decisions, strikes or unavailability at the manufacturer.
Personal data
Data collected in connection with quotes, trade accounts and orders is processed in accordance with Law No. 18-07 and the site's privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by Algerian law. The parties shall seek an amicable solution to any dispute. Failing that, disputes with trade customers fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algiers; disputes with consumers are brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
